Delete your Evenna data
This page explains how to delete your data from Evenna: PCOS & PMOS Tracker (developer: Doruk Dumlu).
What you log is only on your phone
Evenna has no account. Your periods, check-ins, symptoms, habits, notes, foods and meals are stored encrypted on your phone and nowhere else; we never receive them. So you delete them on the phone:
- Open Evenna.
- Go to Settings › Privacy & data › Delete all data.
- Confirm with Delete.
Everything you logged is removed from the phone straight away, and so is the key that encrypts it. Uninstalling the app deletes the same data. If you made a backup file yourself (Settings › Backup), delete that file wherever you saved it; we have no copy of it.
Data held outside your phone, and how to delete it
| Data | Where | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription and purchase records (a random purchase ID, the product, renewal status) | RevenueCat (our payment service), Apple or Google | Kept for as long as needed for billing, refunds and tax records. Email dorukdumlu+evenna@gmail.com from the address you want answered, with the purchase receipt, and we'll delete the RevenueCat record within 30 days. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies. |
| Anonymous daily usage counts (only if you turned them on) | Evenna server | Daily totals such as "5 people opened Patterns", with no ID. They can't be linked to you, so there's nothing that identifies you to delete. Turning the setting off stops them and deletes any not yet sent. |
| Words typed into food search | Passed through our server to USDA FoodData Central | Not stored by us. |
